We have to say, 2012 was a great year for music videos. Although TV channels like MTV and VH1 rarely (if ever) play videos anymore, there has definitely been a resurgence with the age of YouTube. Videos give the artists another way to express their music, and in turn gives us another way for us to enjoy it. Double win.
We decided to compile and share our Top 12 favorite visuals from the year with you in the playlist below. Some of them you may have seen, some may have slipped through the cracks and will be new to you. The videos range from cinematic to bizarre to artful to just downright hilarious (Krispy Kreme, anyone?).
